You might also be familiar with the late order alarm system that is integrated into our Menu Scheduler. If you’d like to, you could also receive higher updates directly to your phone for when and which order has passed 5 minutes late.
For this, you’ll want to go to Client Settings and find the Messages & Graphics tab. At the bottom, a new section called “Escalation Phone Number” is where you would add up to five people and their phone numbers to receive the alarm.
|The way it works is: when an order has passed 5 minutes late, a message will be sent to the registered phone numbers to keep them updated. This would be extremely useful if you find yourself away from the system or navigating other tabs.|
In Client Settings, you will find a new tab called Source. If you were wondering, this tab registers who brought you into our community and the date you processed your first order with us, YAY!
